Our vision is to present you with hand-crafted; fully flavoured, cruelty free alternatives to traditional foods, which are both fresh & sustainable, using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
Our plant-based honey alternative, is exactly that an ALTERNATIVE to honey. No bees are involved in the making of our delicious hand-crafted nectar, apart from in the natural pollination of apple trees.
All of our products are created using traditional ingredients. If you can't pronounce it, we won't use it.
We work with local pollinator groups by donating 10p from every jar sold. This helps with the education of pesticide use and the decline of the Bee population.
The apples used to make this glorious nectar are grown 60 miles from Lancashire & our refined sugar comes directly the banks of the River Thames. The sugar used in our unrefined version is sourced in Mauritius.
Each of our products are hand-crafted. We ensure that all ingredients used are free from animal exploitation.
